Reason For Burning Sensation And Itching In The Penis?

Hello two days ago I recieved unprotected oral sex and I peed directly after but when I reached home I douses my penis with peroxide im pretty sure I got some in the urethra, ever since my penis has been irritated slight burning after peeing and slight itchiness

Thanks for query.Based on the facts that you have posted I would state that you have acquired genital infection due to unprotected oral sex .

Oral cavity is full of multiple bacterial flora hence more prone to get infection on having oral sex .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
