Reason For Bruising Sensation Under The Skin?
I missed a step and fell hard on my knees on my one leg I had a huge lump under the knee cap, had some brusing of the leg and now just have terrible burning sensation whenever knee is bumped etc...This happened about 3 weeks ago what is the busing sensation under the skin?

you might have also sustained some internal derangement of knee along with injury to knee. But if only front of knee cap then this will go away in some days. In case problem persisting report to orthopedician
