Reason For Breathlessness?

My father age 65 every 3 or 4 month is breathless. so admit hospital every time & doctor is giving nebulisation(ipravent) & dilzem 30 mg, pantocid, nitrilx SR,
2d Echo is report HOCM (Hypertropi Cardiyomyopethi)
just now in hospital
today giving dilzem injection slowley
so please advice what to do

I can understand your father's situation and problem.
Your father is having structural heart diseases (HOCM).
It is hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy).
And recurrent breathlessness is common in this condition. It is due to left sided heart failure.
The only permanent option for this HOCM is surgical correction of obstruction.
So better to consult cardiac surgeon and discuss about surgical option.
Drugs will help for short duration. It will not relieve obstruction. So surgery is must for recurrent cases.
