General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

White discharge is normal physiological change in menstrual cycle. Starts in mid cycle and there will be changes in consistency also, which is normal nothing to worry. Generalized body ache needs to get evaluated. Consult your GP for further management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vidya K. R., General & Family Physician
