Reason For Blood Vessels To Pop In The Eye?

Hi. i have had a blod vessel pop in my eye at least twice a wek for the last three months. Lately I have woken up with puffiness in the same eye and tenderness. I am a corneal recipient, post-op 2 years. The blood vessels that keep popping are closest to my nose. I have suffered a bout of sinus infections woth no improvements for the same time. Can the pressure from the sinus infections cause these blood vessels to pop?

Get your eye examined at hospital where corneal transplantation was done. Other things are imaginary. It is only corneal infection which will will have growth of blood vessel towards cornea.
