Hi and welcome to health care magic.
Bleeding after sex is commonly caused by trauma due to sex.
Other causes are:
1. cervical erosions: inflammations of the
cervix that cause abnormalities in the lining epithelium. They bleed whenever there is friction or trauma and hence may produce a post coital bleeding.
2. polyps: these are non cancerous growth of the cervix that are common. They too bleed on touch.
3. cancer of the cervix: very rare. It is also associated, with fouls smelling
vaginal discharge.
Sometimes
hormonal imbalances, uterine fibroids may also produce bleeding that gets wrongfully attributed as post contact bleed.
It is best that you discuss all these issues with your gynecologist and get yourself examined to determine the cause as these are diagnosed by direct examination. Treatment will be directed towards the causes.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Thanks for using HCM.
