Reason For Back Pain, Cramps And Bleeding?

Hi I'm Jackie I had my period this month on may 3rd my periods only last 2 or 3 days and now today its the 30th of may and I've felt pregnant the whole time and today I'm having hack pain and light cramping and pinkish bleeding what's going on I've taken pee test to see if I'm pregnant but 3 said no

Thanks for consulting us.
I think you should take a trans-vaginal ultrasound & a blood pregnancy test to exclude pregnancy problems like ectopic pregnancy, missed miscarriage or threatened miscarriage etc. These may present with symptoms like yours.
However, there could be any other pelvic pathology causing this.
You should see a Gynecologist for full evaluation if the pregnancy test is negative.
