Raw Painful Spots On The Penis And Rectum. Pus Formation. What Is It?

Hi over the past week i have developed raw suface areas on my penal gland as well as a raw spot near my rectum to day things seemed to have esculated the very sensative areas on my penal gland which from what i can tell amounts to three with two producing pus. With the one near my rectum i cant tell but is very painful to use toilet paper .. I am very concerned about this condition and am seeking expert advice and knowlege

Generally LGV infection is associated with this type of presentation.

Get yourself tested for std.

Delay in treatment might lead to stricture formation.
