Hello Dear.
Welcome here on Health Care Magic Dot Com.
I am very much concern of your problem.
I think I will certainly able to help you out of this condition.
In my view in skin diseases a direct examination by a general physician and if needed than by a dermatologist is needed to come to a diagnosis.
So I will suggest you to visit a dermatologist and get at hand diagnosis and a correct treatment.
Good luck.
