Rashes On Legs, Not Itchy. Sweat And Heat Rashes?

Hi recently i have noticed small rashes on my upper legs that have not gone away they are not itchy but i dont feel bad or ill either so thought nothing of it, i went on the sun bed the other day once in nearly a year and then noticed the same rash but a bigger one at the top of my leg again its starting to dissapear now but now i have some more on my leg again after iv been to the gym and on top of my shoulders were shoulder pads have been when i did my calfs,, are they sweat and heat rashes ?

it look like allergic rashes mainly
it may be due to sweat or heat or sun exposure
you need to be alert enough to have clear cut idea about the rash ,
please note when it occur ?
apply good moisturizer and sun screen lotion
it may be papular urticaria also
do not scratch or pick the lesion
better to consult dermatologist if not improve
