The rashes on your face and head need to be looked at by a dermatologist to determine the cause. It could be viral in nature which is seen in patients in times of stress or reduced immunity or with diabetes. There are various causes like eczema as well. The eye infection again may be viral or bacterial in nature. Wash your eyelids with warm water and a mild soap solution to get rid of the stickiness. Use a lubricating eye drop preparation 5 times a day and a lubricating eye ointment at night. You can try an antibacterial eye ointment at night over the eyelids for a few days as well. If the vision blurs and you develop sensitivity to light, visit your eye doctor so your eye may be evaluated in detail.
