Rash On Outer Thigh, Occasional Itching. What Cream Shall I Look For?

Hi..my 27 yr old brother has had these 2 patches of small bumpy vesicles or rash to his outterupper thigh.that you can can see some sort of white color in the middle of the vesicle. He says there is occasional itching.doesnt not recall and new changes to soap,shampoo or going outside on the grass .it does look irritated.what cream shall he look for ?

Thanks for writing in.
The rash you are describing can be herpes zoster,insect bite contact dermatitis etc.

You can apply calamine lotion over the area.Also you can take tab Zyrtec for itching.

Visit a qualified dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
