Rash On Fingers, Legs, Thigh. Applied Neo Clobenate. Solution?

Hello DR:

I get the flare up towards my outer hands near the thumbs/fingers and thigh/leg/hand/body . I put this cream called Neo clobenate-GM that kinda helps but doesn't take care of the problem What i can do to solve this issue?. Its irritating me, need your advise.Let me know if you need more information from me..

Thanks for your query

From your description, it looks like you have either developed a fungal infection or an allergic rash.
Treatment varies from topical antifungals to topical steroids.

You can take oral antihistamines for the associated itching.
Do not use combination creams of your own as it might just aggravate the skin condition and lead to an altered appearance.
