Rash On Body, Spots Under Eye, Spreading Around Mouth And Cheeks

Almost a year ago I moved and started to get a really bad rash all over body. As it started to get better it left my skin lightened in a circular pattern. I just noticed my face having lightened spots first under my eye, but now is spreading all over face. specially around mouth and cheeks. Never had issues like this before.
