Rash In Lower Back And Groin. Had Headache, Cold And Runny Nose. What Is Wrong?

had bad headache, coldness, runny nose on monday. Tuesday was worse pounding headache, achy lower back, neck, legs, fatigue , spacing out, no appetite , restless sleep, runny nose went away Today (wednesday) was similar to tuesday but a rash has broken out in 4 small spots in groin areapuffy redskin, looks like tiny undeveloped pimples . Have same rash, but larger on lower back . Please help, i have been self diagnosing online and need to know what is wrong.

hi,i think u are suffering from herpes zoster.usually herpes lesions are precedded by uri symptoms.it causes severe pain.use of acyclovir 800 mg five times d aily along with antiinflammatory agent and calamine lotion over lesions
