Rash between legs, painful and itchy, discharge, fungal infection

I have a rash in between my legs on the outside of my panty lines. It hurts, itches a little but not bad and I have noticed that it is also draining a liquid. My husband says it looks like a fungal infection but I didn t know that they would have a discharge . Its to the point where my legs meet in the middle that my panties are soaked but not actually where my vagina is.

Thanks for writing in.

Seems you are suffering from fungal infection. The fungal infection in the groin region is usually itchy and when you scrab it, they will ooze sometimes may bleed a bit also. It is usually dark in color with raised margins. Look whether you are diabetic or not by checking your blood sugar levels. You can use anti-fungal creams (without steriods is better) twice or thrice a day for nearly 2 weeks, after bath. Keeping the part dry will help you avoid its recurrence.

Get well soon,
