Random Twitching Of Neck Even Though All Results Are Normal

Hello DOC i am a male of 22 years of age 177cm tall and weigh 76kg.Sir from last three months i am having this persistent problem of twitching of my neck although i have consulted a doctor he asked to get done with some tests like MRI of brain & servical,CBC apparently all the test results were normal so what is the main cause behind this twitching.Please help

Thanks for using Healthcaremagic. If one has twitching over the neck the possibilities are fits, abnormal movements (movement disorders) and radiculopathy. MRI normal means no neck problems in the spinal cordor radicles. Fits and movement disorders can be diagnosed by history and examination and not by any tests. EEG can sometimes help.
