Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe it may be the utricaria, thiamine defeciency, or heart failure. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have E.C.G, estimation of iron, vitamins, etc for confirmation. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms levocitrizine , B complex, and iron preparations . Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
