Raised, Red, Itchy Spots On Legs, Breasts, Back And Forearm. What Is Wrong?
I have a lot of raised red itchy flakey round and oval spots all over my upper legs (1 left inner theigh, 2 right theigh) 2 on my backside, at least 4 across my lower back/hips, 3 on my left breast , 2 on my right breast, 9 across my ribs, 1 on my right collar bone, 1 on the upper left arm, 1 on right forearm and 1 on right bend of arm.. thought it was ringworm . Have tried antifungal cream, a homiopathic oil specific for ringworm, tgel shampoo, hydrocortizone cream, bleach and hydrogen peroxcide. Its looking better but still spreading. What is wrong with me?

Thanks for the query.
You might have developed fungal infection which is resistant to topical anti fungals.
Please get a KOH mount done,
This can confirm the fungal etiology.
Treatment can be with oral antifungals as there is no response with topical antifungals.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
