Radiologic Findings Show That Pneumonia Not Ruled Out. Diagnosis?

I would like to know what these radiologic findings mean: minimal haziness is seen in the parahilar areas. the pulmonary vasculature is within normal limits. the heart is not enlarged. the trachea is midline with due allowance for obliquity. the hemidiaphragms and costrophrenic angles are intact. the osseous structures and soft tissues are unremarkable. no other remarkable findings noted. impression; pneumonia not ruled out Please give me your medical diagnosis and advice. thank you.

Radiologist 's  Response
parahilar haziness is nonspecific
it is mostlikely suggestive of a viral infection
pneumonia is the diagnosis only when air space of lung is filled with fluid
so this is not pneumonia in ur case

Pathologist and Microbiologist Dr. Vandana Khare's  Response
Hi!
WELCOME TO HCM!
Your X-Ray report is normal except there is minimal haziness in parahilar region which can be due to pneumonia if you are asymptomatic then there is nothing to worry but if there are symptoms then your doctor can corelated them with this haziness.
take care!
