Quit Smoking And Tobacco. Depression. How Tough Will It Be?
Hi, I'm 18 years of age and have quit smoking pot and tobacco; cold turkey. I have a really hard time staying on task and find myself in a deep state of depression at most times. When I did smoke both, I would do them at the same time, every day. I would put tobacco in the bowl with some marijuana on top. This would result in a high as well as a huge head-rush from the tobacco. Could you elaborate on why I'm feeling this way after quitting and what terrible health effects the tobacco head-rush would have supplied? Thanks a ton.
Good to hear that you have quit smoking. Most of the problems what you are having are withdrawal symptoms which are observed after quitting nicotine. Initially you can take the help of nicotine gums and you can also take medications which helps in reducing the craving. Hence i advise you to meet a psychiatrist at your place.
Wish you Good Health
