Pus Filled Sores On Body, Living In A Tent. Could These Be From Spider Bites?

My son and his girlfriend have big puss sores on different parts of their body. They keep saying that it s fron spider bites but they keep getting more all the time. They live in a tent. I am very worried about them. Do you know what these sores might be and where they are coming from? Please help so I can have peace of mind. Thank You

Hello,

These look more like skin abscess and not spider bite.Pus is quiet suggestive of that.Treatment would be antibiotic creams or if needed oral antibiotics.
