I cut my pinky finger across the entire top of my knuckle it is pretty deep and was done with a sharp knife. I cut it last night and cleaned it and put a band aid on it. this morning I replaced the band aid and put bag balm on it. just a little while ago I discovered that my finger has turned purple and had lost most feeling in it what should I do?

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
it became infected, and due to pressure, on the nerves, it became numb. If you neglect it ,it may become septic, and it may take long time for recovery.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. If necessary you may need stitches, if it is really deep.
It may also be due to the allergic reaction of the balm, or the balm may be expiry dated.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
