General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, you have got two purplish spots in the cheeks. and a dark rash on the back.
Purplish colored spots could be due to biting or an apthous ulcer.
Rash on the back could be fungal infection. I prescribe to my patients in such situation antibiotcs, anti fungals, and topical steroid ointment with combination of steroid, anti biotic and anti fungal.
Consult a dentist if no response to the drugs. Thank you.
