i have a total of somewhere close to seven places on my butt area. they vary in location and are spread across both sides of the butt. i woke up one morning with 4 at first and thought they were bug bites of some kind. popped them as if they were peoples and a lot of green looking liquid pass came out... now those that i popped have became purple looking sores. then a few nights later the others appeared and are now doing the same thing. i only have two now that are raised off of the skin and again, look as if they are bug bites or Pimples but they hurt just as the others did before popping them... what is causing this and how can i get them to go away and quit delevoping more just as quick as i pop one or two at a time one or two more come up!?!?! like i said, they are very painful when in not even touching them, so the only thing i have thought to do was pop them... should i maybe not do this????
