General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
The most likely reason for it is a popliteal aneurysm(dilated artery). Please visit a Vascular surgeon for further treatment plan. He would suggest a bypass graft mostly. Not to panic this condition is highly associated with Abdominal aorta aneurysm. Hope you find my suggestion useful. Feel free to ask any more questions.
Thanking you
Dr Samir
