Pulled something in forearm, hurts on flexing. Will it get healed naturally?

I was helping a friend push a trailer with two jet skis on it and it got away from us, when trying to stop it from rolling,i pulled something in my right forarm. now it hurts to flex, extend, and is hard to even hold a glass to get a drink. This happened only a hour ago. should i just rest it and it will get better on its own. or do i need to see my PCM? aches to even type.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
It seems that you might be having some muscle pull of fore arm giving you this problem.
Give rest to the part.
Apply some analgesic cream locally.
within 2-3 days you wil be alright.
Ok and take care.
