hi iam 28 years old. i have puffy nipples. i first noticed them when i was 14 year old, that time they were more like clots sort of thing and smtimes used to pain a lot. after consulting a doctor and using the prescribed medicines. the clots and pain were gone but my nipples became puffy. n plz tell me if i need to go for a surgery then shall i go to gym and gain muscles on my chest before goin for surgery.
