Puffy Eye Feels Bruised With A Soft Lump
My right upper eye lid is puffy and feels bruised. When I touch it there is a soft lump but it is not visible from the inside or outside of the lid. I am taking advil for the pain which makes it liveable. Any suggestions as to what it may be?

You might have some infection in upper eye lid due to some foreign body like dust fallen in eye causing irritation and mild infection.It may be in the form of bruise or ulcer.
In this advil is not enough,you have to take some antibiotic and eye drops locally and hot fomentation.
