Protected Sex, Later Inserted Penis Into Vagina, Have Severe Cramping Today. Pregnant?

Hello , My Partner and i had sex last night. First we did with protection and after he ejaculated we proceeded to dry hump for a bit. Then he put it in fora good 10 seconds and then he realized he shouldn t of done that due to the fact that we just had sex. I m cramping today really bad, i can t tell wither i m being paranoid or i m really pregnant. i am currently not ovulating according to my calender.

Let me assure you that you should not be pregnant due to yesterday's act.
But pregnancy is possible if you had unprotected intercourse before.
So, you can relax about the yesterday's fact.
Get yourself examined by doctor for other causes of cramp and take medications as necessary.
