Protected Oral Ad Anal Sex And Cleaned The Penis With Dettol. Elisa Test Done And Negative. Still Worry?

dear sir,
about 18 days ago i had protected oral sex with a transgender after that with the same condom on we had anal sex which lasted for about 2mins.
after which i withdrew myself and ejacuated inside the condom.
after ejacuation she removed the condom for me.
then i used a handkercheif on which i spat and cleaned myself,during which i touched my tip of the penis with the handkercheif.
later after say 15 mins i cleaned myself with dettol

after 18days i had an elisa test which stated tht i was hiv negative.

however i am still worried that i may have contracted hiv as the test was performed durin the window period please help.

If antibodies are detected by an initial test based on the ELISA method, then a second test using the Western blot procedure determines the size of the antigens in the test kit binding to the antibodies. The combination of these two methods is highly accurate.
The window period is the time from infection until a test can detect any change. The average window period with HIV-1 antibody tests is 25 days for subtype B. Antigen testing cuts the window period to approximately 16 days and NAT (Nucleic Acid Testing) further reduces this period to 12 days.
Don't worry ,always go for protected sex.
