Proper use of inhalers in asthama

Most of them complain that even after using the inhalers, i am not getting releif. but the reason is improper use of the inhalers. even i use to not use properly. after doctors advice i discard 1 puff outside, take a deep breathe 2-3 time and leave the air out. then take a deep breathe, take the fumes inside, hold the breathe for some times and then remove the inhalers.

Inhalers are to be used in a proper way. You should completely exhale before taking inhalers and then inhale deeply the medeications in the inhalers. This is will help the medications to enter the lungs and the effect will be high.

Hi. I am 42 year old fit and healty male, I have been experiencing wheezing during exhalation off and on for the last
12 months. I have had cardiac testing and lung testing and X-rays and all is looking normal. I have also trailed a variety of asthma inhalers without success. My symtoms are fatigue, irritability, bad sleeping, exhausted upon waking, lack of concentration, cannot exhale carbon dioxide efficiently during exercise, headaches.
Iatelly the laboured breathing is becoming more frequent. My latest observation is that the wheezing or restriction may be in the upper throat region. I am no doctor so this may be an incorrect observation.
I now fear I may stop breathing while sleeping.
Your help would be much appreciated.

Question: Can I receive a prescription tonight for an asthma inhaler from an online physician?
Details: I'm having asthma symptoms. Was recently at my physician about a week ago and ECG and breathing tests came out just fine, so it was diagnosed anxiety (xanax script). Happy to have xanax but that's not solving the problem. In the past I could get an inhaler from the local pharmacy; obviously that is no longer an option. Please advise. Thanks!
