hi, one week ago i had an ultrasound report that my both ovaries are bulky i have also prolonged and irregular menstrual cycle and i m very worried that can i get pregnant or not because i m married since 9 months and couldnt conceive yet plz tell me what i do and what type of healthy lifesstyle i follow to get rid of this

Hi welcome to HCMForum. you got married only nine months back. infertility is confirmed when there is no pregnancy for three years.
in scaning the ovaries are large but the diagnosis is not made. the causes of irregular periods are anaemia etc. if p.c.o.d is detected
can be cured by medicines. for infertility i advise you both the partners to consult a gynaecologist or infertility clinic. for anaemia i
advise you some diet recomendations as take more of green leafy vegetables pulses egg meat fruits
