General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Fever may be due to ,
1 Tuberculosis,
2 typhoid fever,
3 Cholecystitis ( inflammation of gallbladder),
4 U T I ( kidney infection).
As E S R is 75 mm of Hg ,hence this is very significant.
In my opinion the report of tuberculosis is very important.
If possible upload the X ray on this site .
Complete diabetic report is also important.
Good luck,
Dr. HET
