hi niki, dry cough as you have been having could be due to many reason few of which are acid reflux for which your doctor has given you rablet or it could be due to some infection for which antibiotic has been prescribed, or it could also be due to worm infestation or due to very dry wheatheer which is causing your throat to dry up while you sleep, check the humidity of your room keep abottle of water handy when you sleep and also get your self dewormed, keeping sa piece or clove or ginger in your mouth may also releive you of the dry cough which disrupts your sleep, hoope you get better soon. Take care
