Problem Of Testicle

I had problem one my testicles which one is left one.. and the testicle size is normal but the above of left testicle has small water balloon is grown recently around of 3 months..some times it gets little bit pain...and some times it increases size double of the testicle, that times i feel little bit pain... some times it seems normal one... what the problem ..... please give me a solution.... i have just 24 years old.....

Hi.. It could be a possible hydrocele.. It needs to be checked by a surgeon.. A few of the conditions require treatment with surgery..
