Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms can be caused by chronic bacterial infection. You need to know that intestinal bacteria are extremely important for proper bowels function. If replaced by bad bacteria, can cause many symptoms including yours. Bad bacteria can produce gas so you get bloated.
Acidity problem can be caused by GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), peptic ulcers, Helicobacter Pylori infection of the stomach.

I suggest you to visit your doctor and have blood work, liver tests and stool tests. Gastroscopy should be also done.

In a meanwhile please avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, fried foods and coffee. Start probiotics supplementation.

Hope this will help.
