Problem In Cervical C1 And C2 Bone, Throat Pain, Swollen Throat. Solution And Best Doctor?

I have a problem in my cervical C1 and C2 bone…but I am suffering from throat ache and swelling in throat, facing problem in swallowing .........Is I am facing this problem due to my cervical problem or could you please suggest me what the solution for my problem, or which is the best specialized doctors are available for this kind of problems. I would recommend you to show it to ganga hospital coimbatore rather then in banglore. Good spine surgery centre, so they will be able to find out if it is a spine problem or a throat issue.
