Problem In Back. MRI Shows Bulging Disks In Back, Neck And Spinal Stenosis. Prescribed Relefan And Tylenol. Any Side Effects?

i HAVE BACK PROBLEMS AND THE PAIN GOES DOWN MY HIP AND IT ALSO SWITCHES BACK AND FORTH FROM THE LEFT TO RIGHT SIDE. MRI SHOWS I HAVE BULDGING DISKS IN BACK AND NECK AND SPINAL STENOSIS. THE PAIN COMES AND GOES AND I HAVE TRIED EVERYHTING YOU CAN THINK OF (PHYSICAL THERAPY, CHIROPACTOR,EPIDURALS ETC. DOCTOR HAS PRESCRIBED RELEFAN AND STATE I CAN SWITCH OFF BETWEEN THAT AND TYLENOL. DON'T LIKE TAKING MEDS. IS THERE A LONG TERM EFFECT IF I TAKE THEW MED EVERY DAY?

Hi, it appears that you have pressures symptoms due to the bulging of the discs, and stenosis.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a hard bed to prevent frequent pains.
