Prickly Feeling In Heart, Feels Like Pins And Needles. Reason?

hi I have had a prickly feeling where my heart is, its not a bad pain, kind of like pins and needles without the fuzzy feeling, litterlly feels like some1 is stabbing me with a little pin in the same spot! its happened a couple of times in the last few days an lasts about 30 seconds. im 33, could you tell me what this may be please?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
As you mentioned in the query is there is pin and pain in the heart ( or its site) from last few days .
This is the cause of concern.
You need to investigated with E K G & ECHO CARDIOGRAM to isolate the heart case.
I would recommend you visit a cardiologist at the earliest & sort this problem .
Any pain more than 15 seconds in the heart is an indication of heart involvement.
