General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! The symptoms you have mentioned goes more in favour of appendicitis. Do you get nausea or vomiting ? Any fever ? Any urinary symptoms ? When was your last menstrual period ? You have to go for an ultrasound if you have got any history of a missed period. I would suggest you to get yourself examined by your family physician/surgeon, who may advise you for some routine blood and urine test apart from an ultrasound abdomen.
Wishing you an early recovery.
