Pressure On Chest Near Shoulder And Arm, Left Arm Is Numb. May Be It Is BP Or Anxiety?

feel a bit of pressure upper left chest near shoulder, and left side of neck ...a bit numb left arm , not short of breath
in fact i feel better when i am running on treadmill about 30 minutes a day ?
this happens once or twice a year ...have gone in once a year to be told all is normal..maybe a bit of high blood pressure

is this anxiety ???

Heaviness in arms and chest- first thing thatshould be done is to rule out heart problems like angina
There are other possibilities too like Heartburn .it can be a possibility if there is history of acid reflux and antacids may offer relief in such case.
I would advise you when you consult your physician get a basic evaluation done like ECG, Blood pressure,blood tests like blood sugar, blood counts, lipid profile.AND Ultrasound abdomen.

These tests will HELP in diagnosis and clear your doubts.
