Pressure On Chest And Trouble In Breathing

I notice that when I m standing up for a while like doing dishes I start getting a pressure on my chest and I have trouble breathing too. The pressure is like some one pushing and it hurts too. It been like this for almost a year now. I 22 years old healthy I think but I do have heart problems in both side of my family. Can anyone help me please? NO MEAN ANSWERS

You are too young to have tis problem. Might be you are in stress, best is that you see your doctor, he will sort out the problem OK.
