Pressure in vaginal and rectal area, blood in urine, lower back pain, thigh pain. Need for concern?

I m having pressure in both the vaginal and rectal area, blood in my urine , pain in my lower back and top of thighs. I was diagnosed with a bladder infection 6 days ago I ve finished antibiotics and I had a hysterectomy 2 and a half weeks ago. Should I be concerned enough to go to the emergency room ? All symptoms are worse when on my feet.

Thanks for the query.
As you are having blood in urine, there is possibility of persistence of urinary tract infection or rarely there could be urogenital fistula.
You didn't mention about your bowel habits. If you are having any constipation etc., better to get treated for it.
So you better consult your gynecologist, get examined, go for ultrasound and urine microscopy to find out the possible cause for your problem and take treatment accordingly.
Take care.
