Hi,
The reason for pressure in the head can be something as simple as anxiety, migraines or headaches or something as dangerous as increased intercranial pressure.
The question now is how long have you been feeling this pressure in your head and how bad is the pain you feel?
If you've had this condition for a while now or the pain is intense then I recommend you see a doctor and get an MRI or CT done. These will show us what's going on in your head.
I hope this helped.
