Microgynon is a low dose oral contraceptive with minimum possible side effects. In my opinion, these should not be more than those of any other low dose oral contraceptive. Pregnancy rate with all low dose oral contraceptives is only 0.1% which is lowest possible rate. So, in my opinion, it can be a good choice.
