Hi,
Your daughter seems to be suffering from metropathic cycles, the most common cause of which is PCOD. Krimson-35 is the hormonal treatment of choice for this condition and can be taken since the doctor is likely to have evaluated the child and prescribed it. Also, she needs a complete work up including a hormonal profile, glucose tolerance test, sonogram of lower abdomen to diagnose the cause of the irregularity. Ask her not to exert during periods. She will have regular cycles once she is on the pills and then she can resume exercise. Good luck.
