Krimson 35 is a contraception drug that contains hormones. This was given to you for the anti-androgenic effect (stops the testosterone effect) in your skin. Breast tenderness is an expected side effect of this pill and nothing to be concerned about, this will settle over time.
I do suggest that you stay on this pill for at least 3 to 4 months to have the full effect. 21 Days is to short a time for it to help, within this time your period should settle back to normal. Please see your doctor for follow-ups to monitor your progress.
