Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
There could be multiple causes of hair loss and a proper treatment can only be instituted once the underlying cause has been detected. It is highly imperative that one should get the hair analysed by a dermatologist to detect the cause of hair fall, so that most suitable treatment regime can be suggested. Ecophane is basically a supplement containing copper, manganese, spirulina etc which might help in hair fall. If your doctor has suggested a single tablet, follow your doctor's discretion and continue with the same at least for a month to notice favourable response if any. Take care.

Dr kalpana
