Prescribed Clobazem for brain worm. Permanent homoepathic cure?

Good Evening Doctor As per Neurologist my wife has a brain worm for last 4 momths she is being given clobazem 10 1-1/2 morning and 1-1/2 evening is it the only treatment Is there any permanent cure in homeopathy . Kindly advice I am sending you the copy of MRI report and few photographs from where you can understand the condition.
